Maple Syrup Mustard Dressing

We make all our own salad dressings and it is very easy. Try this one! Olive oil, maple syrup,  mustard (dry or prepared both types work well) Put a small amount of each ingredient in a bowl. Taste and add more of each ingredient until you love the taste.  Whisk until blended.

Today was a warm sunny day at Peterson Produce farm which made the collecting of sap and cooking it very enjoyable. John and Mary cooked 37 gallons of sap into syrup. John and Mary cooked the first 37 gallons of ”first run” sap collected from the trees at Peterson Produce in Delano.
