Today was a warm sunny day at Peterson Produce farm which made the collecting of sap and cooking it very enjoyable. John and Mary cooked 37 gallons of sap into syrup. First run 2009 maple sap cooked into syrup!

John and Mary cooked the first 37 gallons of ”first run” sap collected from the trees at Peterson Produce in Delano.
